Team Check-In
Will be on Saturday morning November 2nd from 7:30am to 9am at the field of your first game. We look forward to seeing you there!
Each team must send a representative to the Team Check-In event.
JUSA Kickin' It Rec Festival Documentation needed at Check-In:
1. We will need a copy of your team roster including guest players (please see rules for roster / guest player limitations). Please email your roster to VP@jusasoccer.org by Friday (Oct. 25th)
2. Teams must have available proof of age via a birth certificate, passport or other state issued ID. If you do not keep a copy of any of the aforementioned items, please contact your State Association and request a "Team Information Form".
