All teams traveling 75 miles or more MUST use our hotel partner | 365 Sports Travel for hotel accommodations.
This means all participants (players, coaches, and team officials) who are traveling from out of town will agree to stay in the designated host hotels; these hotels offer excellent accommodations and reasonable rates. Team managers, coaches, etc. are responsible for making sure their team complies with the policy.
Note: ensuring all teams use our designated service helps to make sure you have the lowest group rate possible.

*Please note...90% of our tournament matches are played at the John B. Lewis Soccer Complex or the Buncombe County Sports Park, and none of the scheduling is completed prior to the deadline for entry. EVERY HOTEL on the list above is less than 25 minutes from any facility we use for our event. Do not wait for your schedule to select your hotel!
