How do I check the status of my registration?

Check the Team List in the "Schedule and Teams" link in the top navigation bar. This file is updated every few days so please check back to make sure your registration has been received.  It may take a few days for mail in payments to be posted. Credit card payments should be posted the next 1-2 days

How do I log into the system to check my information?

Click LOGIN in the upper right hand corner of the site.  You will be able to enter you ID and password on this screen.  If you are a registered contact and haven't received your access codes yet, you may enter your email address and they will be sent to you.

How do I change my registration information?

Log into the system using your ID and password. ( See above if you do not have a an IS and pasword ). Once logged into the system, update the appropriate fields. The team contact information is located at the lower right corner of the page.

Can I pay with a credit card after I have indicated that I want to pay with a check?

The best way is to register again but this time, use a credit card as payment. We check each registration to make sure it is not a duplicate for just this reason.

I sent in a check a few days ago and I don't see it they payment posted on the website?

It will take a few days for us to receive and process the check. If you don't see the check being posted within 7-10 days after sending it, please email us at capocup@xpromos.com with your information.

I registered my team a few weeks ago but I don't see it listed in the registration status?

We switched registration systems in early June. Some of the registration entered in to the old system was not updated into the new system automatically. All of these should be on the registration page now. If your registration/team is not listed on the registration page, please contact us immediately at capocup@xpromos.com
