We would like to invite you and your team to the 7th Annual Atlanta Peach Classic, hosted by the Henry County Soccer Association and Thunder Soccer Club. We are very proud of our outstanding facilities and hospitality and want to share both with you. We believe that May 21st and 22nd is an excellent weekend for a tournament. Many teams favor ending their season with a tournament before Memorial Day Weekend. Players are still in school and in town and playing on this weekend frees up Memorial Day weekend. Other teams may use this tournament weekend for preparation for other tournaments including their State Cup.

Last year, 150+ teams from seven states joined us for a well-run and well-received event. Our Henry County fields, located comfortably south of Atlanta, will allow us to attract top teams from Pensacola, Tallahassee and Jacksonville in Florida; Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville in Tennessee; Birmingham in Alabama; as well as top teams from metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia. We are committed to insuring all teams are placed in groups that assure them the most enjoyable, competitive matches against teams they do not regularly play.

Excellent facilities, perfect location, and a tremendous tournament staff with years of tournament experience and contacts will help to guarantee an outstanding weekend of soccer for you and your team.  Please plan to join us this May for what is fast becoming one of the southeast’s leading tournaments.

The Atlanta Peach Classic is an Unrestricted tournament.  All affiliations may apply.

Roster Limits:  U9 & U10 = 12 players max. — 3 Guest Players
Roster Limits:  U10 (8v8), U11, U12(8v8) = 14 players max. — 3 Guest Players
Roster Limits:  U12(11v11) & U13 — U19 = 18 players max. — 5 Guest Players

Documentation Required
The following documentation will be required at check-in on Friday, May 20, 2010 at Tournament Headquarters:

Credentials
At registration, teams must provide the required credentials.  All teams must present:

  • State Roster - Two (2) copies of your official roster
  • Guest Player Form - Two (2) copies
  • Player Release Form signed by each parent (this must be the APC Form)
  • 2010-2011 State Association issued Player Passes with photo, signed, stamped, and laminated
  • Individual Medical Release Form (MUST BE NOTARIZED)
  • Permission or Notification of Travel - USYSA teams from outside Georgia must also provide this including a roster listing all players authorized to travel.
  • Game Rosters/Game Cards - 5 copies from your Soccer in College team page

Format
USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.

Match Duration:  U9 & U10 = 2 x 25 minutes
Match Duration:  U10(8v8), U11, U12(8v8) = 2 x 30 minutes
Match Duration:  U12(11v11), U13 — U19 = 2 x 35 minutes 

T-Shirts
The Atlanta Peach Classic  Tournament T-shirts will be sold on-site at each location.
