Permission to Travel/Intent to Travel
|
If an out of state team is Region III, they need to provide 1 copy of an Intent to Travel letter; otherwise the out of state team needs to provide 1 copy of the Permission to Travel
|
Registration will be at Acuff Orthodontics (adjacent to the Cartersville Soccer Complex) located at 300 Walnut Grove Road.
Teams may register Friday Night, 5-9:00pm, or Saturday Morning at approximately 1 hour before the team's first game at the Cartersville Soccer Complex Office located next to the concession.
Forms needed for registration are as follows:
- Official State Roster
- One copy of the Player Release of Liability Form
- 5 copies of the Official Roster/game card
- Medical release forms - for review only
- Valid 2009-2010 Player passes - for review only
- If a player pass is not available, please present a copy of a birth certificate for proof of age
- Permission to travel/intent to travel for out of state teams (1 copy)
- Hotel registration form (identification of Hotel and # of rooms)
Forms will be available for download upon acceptance of each team.

CLASH TURKEY TOURNAMENT
November 14 & 15th 2009

| The Clash Turkey Tournament has partnered with Soccer In College to enhance the services offered to participants of the tournament. Teams entering will be grouped by the Turkey Tournament Committee according to iits past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible. The Committee determines final placement based on many factors when ranking teams including: league playing division and record, State Cup and tournament results, ranking services, etc. The Clash Turkey Tournamnt has chosen the Soccer In College National Ranking system for our tournament ranking service; however the committee reserves the right to place teams in divisions and age groups where the committee deems most appropraite.
